Happy Valentine’s Day gorgeous! Whether you’re spending time with your boo, girls or by loving on yourself, I have the perfect cocktail recipe for celebrating love day. It’s a Cranberry 75 made with Hendricks Gin *new* Lunar gin! This cocktail is a twist on the classic French 75. It’s super easy, you don’t need any fancy bar equipment or special shaking skills!
The new Hendricks Gin Lunar gives the classic gin a floral flare. Imagine being off in an herb garden in the countryside on a spring night, moon gazing with your bare feet in the grass. You can smell dew and the season’s flowers blossoming with a hint of fresh herbs peppered lightly in the background. That, but make it a gin and you have Hendricks Lunar. It’s just as dreamy as you’d imagine!
Ingredients:
1 1/2oz Hendricks Gin Lunar
1/2oz Cranberry Juice (Pomegranate juice is a great substitute)
1/2oz Lemon Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
Champagne (or soda water for a less boozy version)
- Pour Hendricks Gin Lunar, Cranberry juice, Lemon juice and Simple Syrup into a chilled Champagne flute.
- Top with Champagne or Soda Water.
- Garnish with Cranberries or your preferred fruit.
